Thanks Jeannie–I try not to make too big a deal of it as crying in public isn’t great for the lawyerly image. But it felt great to tell the truth and get it recorded so that we don’t forget what a toll this city has had to take.
BTW-we moved into the new house this weekend and it really does feel like home. I can’t wait to have everyone over to swim and enjoy this new chapter in our lives. See you at practice!
…on May 30th, 2006, at 8:59 amJust because of the sheer irony, I had to post here that my office was recently flooded after the roofers failed to tarp the uncovered roof the night before a good rain this week. Although admittedly it sucks to have my whole office flooded out, it’s been much easier to deal with than I expected. Practice makes perfect I guess.
